Below are the available oversight services you can choose from. Rather it's for housing or community, each service will be personalized to fit your son or daughter's program and will be developed and adjusted over time to support their progress toward their goals.
Located at the bottom of the page is the pricing and contact info to get started. If you hold a Class Membership through Social Thrive, the oversight services will be discounted.
IMPLEMENTING MODERN IDEAS TO FURTHER HELP RETAIN STAFF
The turnover rate for Support Workers, is high, with it ranging from 40-50% nationally. Through my 10 year experience working as one, I can see why one would stay and one would go. Modern approaches will be introduced and continuously improved to help reduce how often support workers leave—supporting longer-lasting relationships between them and the individuals they support.

If you’re enrolled in the monthly community classes through, Social Thrive, you’re eligible for a monthly discount on your Oversight Services, for as long as your enrollment is active.
Monthly Pricing
My hourly rate is $60/hr. The monthly rate is determined by the number of services provided.
Consultation & Cancellation Policy
There’s no charge for an initial in-person or Zoom meeting to discuss your needs.
Clients may cancel within the first two weeks of their first month and receive a refund for the remaining balance. After the first month, while there is no cancellation fee, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. A 10-day reminder will be sent prior to each new invoice. Refunds after the first month will be considered only under special circumstances.
