Social Thrive is your go-to place to explore a variety of fun and engaging classes that blend social connection with meaningful learning — all designed to help you thrive.

With a maximum of three participants per class, you’ll enjoy a semi-private and highly personalized experience in everything from art and fitness to gardening and more. Whatever you choose, we’re confident you’ll love the classes and the many benefits that come with them.

*Classes will be held at 58 Eileen Cir, Greece, NY 14616. By holding Social Thrive classes in a home-setting with friends, participants can gradually become more comfortable and confident with the idea of living alongside friends as roommates in their own home.

Founder

While Social Thrive classes are open to the entire community, we want to highlight that they are also thoughtfully designed to include individuals with I/DD (intellectual and developmental disabilities).

Our founder has dedicated over 13 years to working directly with individuals with I/DD — including 10 years alongside a nonverbal autistic individual. Through that journey, he identified a clear gap: too few classes are truly tailored to each person’s unique strengths, interests, and learning styles. He also saw areas that could be improved, as well as a common lack of deeper understanding, which often led participants to plateau instead of continuing to grow.

When it comes to guiding instructors, he places a strong emphasis on consistency over complacency — ensuring that students keep building on their skills, confidence, and potential, rather than leveling off.

This inspired him to design a class model that applies all the small but critical details missing elsewhere — creating in-depth, inclusive, and accessible experiences that spark joy and foster progress for every participant.
