Each class program below is designed to be a fun, engaging, and rewarding 8-week learning experience. Participants are welcome to join more than one class program each week to explore different interests, build new skills, and enjoy a variety of experiences.
Within each class program, every week introduces a new objective that connects and builds into the following week’s activities, creating a meaningful and enjoyable progression throughout the program.
Once an 8-week program is completed, a brand-new 8-week session begins within the same class category—featuring fresh projects, new activities, and new opportunities to learn and create. Participants may also choose to explore a different class program to experience something new.

Bodyweight Flow & Fit
In this full-body stretching movement class (no weights necessary), participants will build strength, improve flexibility, and develop better balance and coordination through guided stretches and light fitness activities. Movements are designed to connect breath, body control, and rhythm in a supportive and engaging environment. The instructor uses a variety of teaching approaches to support different learning styles and comfort levels, including live modeling, verbal cueing, guided instruction, and physical guidance when appropriate. Exercises are broken down into manageable steps to help participants feel confident and safe while learning new movements. This class is designed to help participants feel more energized, flexible, and connected to their bodies while encouraging healthy movement, confidence, and growing independence over time.

Basketball
Athletics
In this active and engaging basketball class, participants will build athletic skills through fun drills, movement exercises, and game-based activities designed to improve coordination, teamwork, confidence, and overall fitness. Participants will practice basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, defense, and ball control while learning proper techniques and safe body movements. The instructor teaches through a variety of supportive methods including live demonstrations, modeling, verbal cues, guided practice, and step-by-step instruction. Skills and drills are broken down into manageable parts to help participants better understand proper form, movement, and technique in a safe and encouraging environment. When needed, additional support and physical guidance may be provided to help participants successfully learn and participate. To keep learning exciting and motivating, drills and skill-building activities are often incorporated into fun basketball games and team challenges that encourage social interaction, movement, and teamwork. As participants gain confidence and familiarity with the skills, the instructor gradually promotes greater independence and decision-making during activities and gameplay. This class is designed to help participants stay active, build confidence, improve athletic ability, and most importantly—have fun while learning the game of basketball.

Pickleball Bounce
Get moving, stay active, and have fun learning the exciting game of pickleball in this energetic and beginner-friendly class! Participants will develop skills such as paddle control, serving, rallying, movement, coordination, and teamwork through engaging drills, practice activities, and interactive gameplay. The instructor creates a supportive learning environment by teaching through demonstrations, visual modeling, verbal coaching, guided instruction, and hands-on support when appropriate. Skills are introduced in simple, manageable steps so participants can safely learn proper techniques, body positioning, and movement while building confidence on the court. Activities are designed to combine skill-building with fun, using games and team-based challenges to keep participants motivated, socially engaged, and actively involved throughout the class. Instruction and support are adjusted based on each participant’s comfort level and learning style, helping everyone experience success at their own pace. As confidence and familiarity with the game increase, participants are encouraged to make more independent decisions during drills and gameplay while continuing to strengthen athletic ability, communication, coordination, and sportsmanship.

Flag Football Skill Play
This action-packed class gives participants the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, supportive, and team-focused environment. Participants will work on skills such as throwing, catching, route running, footwork, agility, defense, teamwork, and game awareness through engaging drills and interactive activities. The instructor teaches using a variety of supportive methods to match different learning styles and ability levels. Instruction may include demonstrations, modeling proper techniques, verbal coaching, guided repetitions, and hands-on assistance when appropriate. Skills are introduced in clear, manageable steps to help participants safely learn proper movement, coordination, and athletic form while building confidence on the field. To make learning exciting and motivating, drills are often turned into mini-games, challenges, and team-based activities that encourage participation, communication, and sportsmanship. The instructor adjusts support based on individual needs while gradually encouraging greater independence, decision-making, and confidence during gameplay and skill practice. This class is designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, confidence, and athletic development while creating a positive and enjoyable football experience for all participants.

Soccer Dribble
In this energetic and team-oriented class, participants will learn and practice the fundamentals of soccer through skill-building drills, movement activities, and fun gameplay experiences. Participants will work on important soccer techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, ball control, teamwork, and coordination in an encouraging and active environment. The instructor provides individualized support using a variety of teaching methods to meet different learning styles and comfort levels. Instruction may include live demonstrations, visual modeling, verbal cues, guided practice, and physical assistance when appropriate. Skills are broken down into smaller, easy-to-follow steps to help participants safely learn proper movement, technique, and body control while building confidence throughout the class. To keep participants engaged and motivated, many activities are incorporated into fun soccer games, partner exercises, and team challenges that encourage communication, cooperation, and social interaction. Support is adjusted based on each participant’s needs, while gradually encouraging greater independence and confidence during drills and gameplay. This class is designed to promote fitness, teamwork, coordination, and positive social experiences while helping participants develop soccer skills in a fun and supportive setting.

Full Body Physical Training
This dynamic, full-body training class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness through a mix of movement styles and training methods. Participants will engage in a combination of bodyweight exercises, light weight training, and resistance band work to develop strength, coordination, balance, and mobility in a well-rounded way. Some movements will be incorporated into light, structured games and challenges to keep the class engaging, motivating, and fun while still focusing on fitness goals. Exercises may include functional movement patterns, strength circuits, core work, and coordination drills that support overall physical development. The instructor provides clear, supportive instruction tailored to different learning styles and ability levels. Teaching methods include live demonstrations, modeling proper form, verbal cueing, step-by-step breakdowns, and guided practice. When needed, additional support or physical guidance may be provided to ensure safety, proper technique, and confidence during movement. As participants become more comfortable, they are gradually encouraged to build independence, improve form awareness, and increase control over their movements. This class is designed to help individuals feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their physical abilities while making fitness enjoyable and accessible.
