FAQ
As long as changes are made at least 8 days before the next billing, you won’t be billed for the upcoming cycle. For any class schedule changes, class cancellations, or planned absences, please provide notice at least 8 days prior to the next billing date.
A 10-day payment reminder will be sent each month to help you stay on track and avoid any surprises.
Yes, you can pause your enrollment for up to one month. If the pause extends beyond that, we may need to cancel your billing cycle and offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. This helps ensure our instructors can maintain consistent pay and class flow. Notification of at least 8 days prior to the next month must be made.
There are no refunds for missed classes unless a special circumstance occurs. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you know you’ll be unable to attend.
If a student misses more than 50% of classes in a given month without notice, their spot may be released and added back to the waiting list to allow others the opportunity to join.
