WORK SKILL COACHING

Social Thrive will partner with various community sites to identify job positions they need to fill. Through these partnerships, we’ll learn the specific job responsibilities and integrate them into our volunteer program as a stepping stone for our students.

This preparation will not only builds skills but also boosts confidence and awareness, putting students in a stronger position to succeed when they transition into their new job.

Additionally, volunteer opportunities will be available with Social Thrive as well. Along with small business guidance.
